Rena Spends quality time with the couple to design a personal ceremony that will incorporate Jewish rituals, music, prayer, family and more making your wedding a ceremony that you will cherish. This also includes a separate Ketubah signing ceremony where the couple will review the beautiful Jewish contract and have their witnesses sign it.

This includes planning & officiating Jewish services around death and loss. Rena will sit with the family, talk through ritual options, offer suggestions and support and make the experience as meaningful and easy as possible. These ceremonies can take place in Synagogues, funeral homes, graveside or in the home. Rena has led memorials on beaches and other meaningful locations.

Rena will meet with families & children to create a unique & meaningful Bar/Bat Mitzvah outside of the Synagogue setting. This includes talking through the rituals, learning the prayers and coming up with a ceremony that speaks to who the child is. Rena does not tutor the Torah portion for this event. She will recommend tutors for your child to learn their torah portion.

Rena leads Shabbat services around the Los Angeles area. However, she can also bring Shabbat to your home in her unique Kitchen Table Shabbat services! She will create a Friday night dinner like none other; music, story, prayer, ritual and connection. These can be in the home, outside, in a park or even in a restaurant. It’s time to bring Shabbat back to our lives!

As a Broadway performer, Rena has done concerts at Lincoln Center, Town Hall (NYC) and most JCC’s around the country. She now focuses on Jewish themed concerts celebrating the Jewish composers from Broadway to the silver screen. These concerts are personalized for communities and often used for annual organization fundraisers, galas or special events.
